Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email advising an estimated delivery lead time. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery but please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

• Import Duties and Taxes are not included in the price displayed at checkout. Wendy Morrison Design is not responsible for these charges - they are your responsibility as the receiving customer. Once your order has arrived in the destination country, our courier company will reach out with details of your taxes and duties bill, and advise on how to make payment.
